Annual Fundraiser

April serves as both Sexual Assault Awareness and Child Abuse Prevention Month. In honor of these vital causes, we are organizing a fundraiser to raise awareness and support survivors in our community. All funds raised will benefit TESSA, a nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering individuals and families affected by violence.

TESSA's mission is to help individuals and their children achieve safety and wellbeing while challenging communities to end sexual and family violence. The families they support face unimaginable hardships, and your contribution can provide the lifeline they need to heal and rebuild their lives.

On April 26, 2025, we will host a Women-Only Protection Seminar followed by a Family Protection Seminar. All proceeds from ticket sales will directly support TESSA. We invite you to participate in this important cause in a variety of ways—whether through a financial donation, attending a seminar, or helping spread the word.

While this event is an annual tradition, this year I’ve set an additional personal challenge: I will complete a 6-hour burpee challenge to raise even more funds. My goal is to complete 3,000 burpees as a commitment to honor those who have endured so much.

Our fundraising goal this year is $5,000, and we would be deeply grateful for your support. Below are the donation levels:

- Bronze – $100

- Silver – $250

- Gold – $500

- Platinum – $1,000

- Burpee Pledge Champion – Pledge $1 per completed burpee

Your support is critical in helping us reach our goal and make a lasting impact on the lives of those who need it most. Together, we can break the cycle of abuse and provide survivors with the tools they need to rebuild their lives with dignity and hope.

Burpees
9 AM - 3 PM

Sensei Skee has been consistently performing burpees several times a week for over a year. To increase awareness for this year's fundraiser, he plans to do burpees for six hours, aiming to reach a total of 3,000. You can contribute by donating for each burpee he completes to show your support.
