FIRST STRIKE KRAV MAGA
First Strike Krav Maga is not your typical cardio Krav Maga School. We believe there is a time and place for instance training but there is also a time to learn the techniques and drill those techniques until they are muscle memory. Self-defense is an individual skill and must be trained that way, every person learns differently and we strive to deliver your training on an individual level not some one size fits all training program. Everyone has their own goals in Krav Maga and we want to help you achieve those goals. Krav Maga is not a "clean" fighting style; it a life and death we will teach you to do what is necessary to get home safe. It is the ideal self-defense system for use on the street - a place where no rules exist.
Krav Maga is Hebrew for contact combat. It is a self-defense system that anyone can use, regardless of size, strength, or fitness. Krav Maga emphasizes simple and practical techniques, real-life scenarios, and intense training. Though it is the official self-defense system of the Israeli Defense Forces (IDF), Krav Maga is also used by members of the US Armed Forces, Federal Bureau of Investigations (FBI), US Secret Service, as well as many other elite combat, defense, and law enforcement units around the world.
